Delivery Charges

We have a standard delivery charge for UK Mainland of £1.99 for goods up to 5 Kg, £8.99 for goods up to 10 Kg, £14.99 for goods up to 25 Kg, £19.99 for goods up to 30Kg and £29.99 up to 40Kg

We aim to despatch goods from stock within 5 - 10  working days and out of stock within 21 days. Payment will only be taken when your goods are despatched.

All orders will only be delivered to the address of the card holder

Returns Policy

  1. Returns authorisation. You must email or telephone for a returns reference number. We will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.
  2. Packing the item. Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your returns authorisation email. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
  3. Replacement or refund. We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item or refund your card. 
  4. Returning an unwanted item. You may return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
  • We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
  • We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty.

       5.   Retuning faulty items.  Faulty items will be tested and if found not to be faluty it will be returned to you and you will be liable for the postage.  

  • We cannot refund or exchange damaged goods. (We test every single return). If a returned item is found not to be faulty by us.
